2am epiphoniesAt night  when the chalk air still of the room  and the drilling quiet  draw my eyes from deep ocean dream black  to still can't see a damn thing even more black  and the all-too-familiar terror of dear god I'm alone sets in  I reach out  thrust my hand into that confusing empty  and pray that your curve  your mound  rising and falling with breath  will meet it  and I'll have something warm  and tangible  to grasp, to anchor to

Tommy's frogHe had a frog inside his sleeve  to slip into the blouse  of little Suzie "oh so sweet"  who had a bigger house  and teased the boy with dirty feet  whose manners weren't quite as neat   
He had a frog inside his sleeve  but alas it did get out  where it was found and caught by teach  who called the boy a louse  and made him sit just out of reach  in the corner staring at his feet

Mid-spring writers blockI can not write  or scribe    I haven't even a lament in me  I am left with no drive  even artifical ambition  imbibed in great amounts  leads to no musings  all I have is heavenly white  ...leering at me  waiting for my horny bic pen  to expload with black  but nothing comes...  except occasional innocuos puns  and doodles that look      yet don't look  like an apple with a monacle  My hands, damn mules  refuse to obey my wantings  and 100 monkeys with 100 typewriters  would probably still be in a room full of feces &n Mid-spring writers block

The corner of madmenThere you see the corner of madmen  with high red brick and blue shadows.  There you see plans unfold  and cigarettes smoked  and dirty jokes told.

and one day, you'll all understand...
